Delivery
We aim to dispatch UK orders within 24hrs (subject to stock availability and payment), to arrive with UK customers within five working days. Please note that working days do not include Bank Holidays and weekends. We use First Class Royal Mail using Recorded Delivery as standard and Next Day Special Delivery if the next day option is selected.
You will be required to sign for the item as proof of receipt. If you are not available, a card will be dropped through your door stating how to get your parcel.
All deliveries outside of the UK are dispatched with Royal Mail International Signed For Delivery.
Delivery charges
UK (Including Channel Islands, Jersey, Guernsey, Isle of Wight):
Note: Orders must be received by 12.00pm for next day delivery, otherwise delivery will be the following day. Royal Mail Next day delivery is based on Monday to Friday working days and not including Saturday.
Europe, Northern Ireland and UK Offshore:
Worldwide Delivery:
If your order is to be dispatched to a destination outside the European Union, you will be responsible for any customs or import duties levied once the package reaches your destination country. We have no control over such charges and cannot predict them.
Returns Policy
I If you are not entirely happy with goods purchased, you may return the products within 7 working days of receipt of the items. If you wish to return an item, please follow our returns procedure below. You must email orders@papouelli.com to notify us that you want to return the item, quoting your name and order reference number.
· All items must be returned in new, unworn and unused condition. Papouelli will not accept returns of non-faulty items that have been worn, used and/or damaged.
· The items must be returned in their original boxes.
· Please use the supplied Returns Address Label when returning items to us. The Returns Label is a peelable address label. Return address is Papouelli Shoes for Children, 98, Marylebone Lane, London W1U 2QA.
You will need to pay the postage on your returned item(s). We strongly recommend that you use Recorded Delivery, as we cannot be held responsible for items lost or damaged in transit. We will refund your postage in full on any faulty goods returned and will not charge postage for a subsequent replacement.
Please make sure that you obtain proof of postage from the Post Office when returning any items.
Once the item has been approved for returning, we will credit the original purchaser’s card for the sum paid minus the postage costs as soon as possible
Exchange
If you need to exchange for another size or style, please return your order (see returns policy) and we will refund you as soon as possible. Then simply re-order!
Faulty goods
In the unlikely event that you receive a faulty item, we will refund your postage in full on any faulty goods returned for credit and will not charge postage for a subsequent replacement.
